- Rosso toscano a forte vocazione mediterranea con suggestioni bordolesi. Frutto della selezione delle migliori uve dei vigneti di Podernovo, la Tenuta di proprietà della Famiglia Lunelli sulle Colline Pisane e certificata biologica dal 2012. Veste luminosa, di un colore rosso rubino di buona concentrazione cromatica. L’esordio al naso denota da subito grande pulizia degli aromi che hanno nella frutta scura la componente più importante: si riconoscono la mora di gelso e i chicchi di caffè. Con l’ossigenazione nel bicchiere la frutta diventa via via più dolce e matura, con sensazioni di ciliegia scura e di prugna disidratata. Un tocco balsamico accompagna ed arricchisce una complessità olfattiva articolata ed intrigante. All’assaggio il vino si dimostra dotato di ottimo equilibrio gustativo ed è caratterizzato da un tannino fine ed elegante. In chiusura di bocca le note di frutta scura macerata riemergono accompagnate da una lieve speziatura.
- Tuscan red with a strong Mediterranean vocation with suggestions of Bordeaux. The result of the selection of the best grapes of the vineyards of Podernovo, the Estate owned by the Lunelli Family on the Pisan Hills and certified organic since 2012. A bright, ruby red colour with a good chromatic concentration. The debut to the nose immediately denotes great cleanness of the aromas that have in dark fruit the most important component: mulberry blackberry and coffee beans are recognized. With the oxygenation in the glass the fruit gradually becomes sweeter and more mature, with sensations of dark cherry and dehydrated plum. A balsamic touch accompanies and enriches a complex and intriguing aroma. The taste of the wine is characterized by a fine and elegant tannin. At the end of the mouth the notes of dark macerated fruit emerge accompanied by a slight spiciness.
